Murat Seitnepesov, CEO of Integral Petroleum, has a university degree in natural science from one of the leading universities in Russia and many years of successful experience in trading and logistics, networking and long-term professional relationships in the regions and in the industry.
Umberto Battaglia, COO, is a very highly regarded professional with global experience of the European, Pacific and North American markets. Up until recently he was a member of ENI's top management team.

Crescendo École des Arts
In order to promote talented children, Integral Petroleum provides sponsorship support to the Geneva based Crescendo École des Arts. Crescendo helps talented children of many different nationalities to acquire skills in drama, dance and other creative disciplines. The dynamic and supportive atmosphere helps children develop their communication skills, confidence and creativity. Caspian Week
Integral Petroleum supports innovation in environmental protection, the commodities sector and beyond.
Caspian week is a platform for global ideas, bringing together leading scientists, businessmen and politicians for in-depth discussions on the future of Caspian-Black Sea and Silk Road regions and their innovative role in the global economy. The annual conference has three goals: promotion of the interaction between Caspian Region and the world; improvement of cultural, political, business and scientific relations, introduction and implementation of innovations and new technologies to the Region.
Caspian Week 2018 turned out to be one of the most visited and well-received events from 22nd to 26th January 2018 in Davos. In total 11 panels took place, 48 speakers participated, and 1200 guests attended Caspian Week. This year's motto was 'The end depends upon the beginning' with a focus on new technologies and how they can impact value chains.
In 2020, Caspian Week will take place at Promenade 61 in Davos, from 20th to 24th of January 2020. We look forward to welcoming our partners and friends!

Therefore we are always looking for new ways to minimise environmental risks and create ecologically friendly solutions. This approach is illustrated by Integral Petroleum's shipbuilding project, which is aimed at replacing an obsolete and environmentally unfriendly commercial fleet in the Caspian Sea with new high-quality and efficient sea-river vessels. Thanks to innovative design these vessels will minimize ballast voyages, which additionally improves efficiency and diminishes the impact on nature.
Our practices comply with the global guidelines on effective water and energy consumption, efficient resource use, and environmental management processes for minimising the risk of environmental accidents. In addition, stakeholder control is an important aspect of our values system.
